Classic members receive daily matches from the algorithm as standard. VIP and VIP+ members get significantly enhanced visibility: VIP+ profiles appear at the top of every potential match's stack, Profile Boosts (an add-on) temporarily increase visibility to everyone active nearby, and Super Matches deliver a vibrant, highlighted message that rises straight to the top of a recipient's inbox.

A Super Match helps you break through the noise and make a memorable first impression. Your message is delivered in a vibrant, distinctive colour scheme that stands out immediately in the recipient's inbox, and your profile is always seen first, before any other match or message. The recipient can reply directly, opening a full conversation thread. Super Matches are available as a purchasable add-on for VIP+ members.

Free ID verification is available to all members regardless of tier. Once verified, a badge appears on your profile that reassures potential matches they are communicating with a genuine, real person.

Video verification

A live video check with a moderator confirms a member is who they say they are, without asking for any documents.

Age assurance

Age is estimated automatically, with further checks where the law requires them.

Admin profile validation

For members who want additional credibility without submitting sensitive identity documents, our team offers a manual admin validation process. A member of our team reviews your profile and gives you a validation badge that communicates authenticity, without compromising your personal information.
